The Rival Group Inc. (formally The Reid Campbell Group) was founded out of the partnership of marketing and insight industry veterans, Andrew Reid, Jennifer Reid, and Eileen Campbell. Friends and colleagues for many years, the trio have long shared the belief that research is ripe for reinvention.

Jennifer Reid
Co-CEO & Chief Methodologist, Rival Group
A pioneer in online research methodologies, Jennifer started her career at Angus Reid Group and in 2003, Jennifer joined Vision Critical.
As the company’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy, she helped develop the methodology for Vision Critical’s proprietary insight community offering.
At Rival, Jennifer is once again helping shape the future of insights by leading the charge in the development of mobile-first communities and other conversational research approaches.

As Chief Financial Officer, Ivan is responsible for leading the financial operations and strategy at Rival Group Inc. Responsibilities in this role include driving financial strategy around corporate structure, accountability for reporting, analyzing, and communicating the financial results and key performance indicators of the company's subsidiaries.

Paula Catoira is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rival Group.
Paula is responsible for driving the Go-to-Market strategy and execution, leading the Marketing, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations.
Paula has over 20 years of experience in Marketing and over a decade in the B2B SaaS industry.

Kristine Steuart is the founder of Allocadia, a Vancouver-based marketing planning, budgeting, and performance management software company. As the company’s CEO, Kristine led Allocadia from a start-up to a global organization with hundreds of customers – including Unilever, Philips and ServiceNow – and partnerships with industry leaders including Oracle, IBM and Adobe. In 2021 Kristine led the company to a successful transaction for its customers, shareholders, and 150 employees by bringing together Allocadia and BrandMaker. The combined company has more than 350 people around the world, a broader suite of complementary products, and the full backing of a global PE firm. Kristine and her twin sister co-founder Katherine Berry hold the distinction of one of the largest exits by a female founded company in Canada. Kristine was named one of the “Top 10 Women in Tech to Watch” by inc. magazine, and one of B.C.’s top 35 most influential women in business.

Gary is the former CEO of Ipsos Canada. He started his career as a market research professional with the Angus Reid Group where he took on successive leadership roles. As the CEO of Ipsos Canada, he led the development of the organization to create Canada’s largest market research agency. This was accomplished through
strong organic growth and a series of acquisitions. At the centre of this achievement was building a talented leadership team focused on offering industry-leading research solutions. In addition, he
served as Ipsos’ Global Chief Talent Officer, and Chair of the Canadian
Research Insights Council. Gary is a believer in combining an innovation-based culture with a dynamic organizational structure to drive change and business success.
Angus Reid
Board Member
Dr. Angus Reid has spent more than four decades asking for people’s opinions on top social, governance, and economic issues. He founded Angus Reid, which grew into the largest research firm in Canada.
He was also the CEO of Vision Critical, and when he retired as executive chair, the company was seeing revenues of more than $100 million.
Angus has written on economic, social, and governance issues, including the bestseller Shakedown: How the New Economy is Changing Our Lives.
Brian Craig

Brian is the active manager of Adventure Capital Family Office, and has a professional history that straddles entrepreneurship and investing. An Engineer by background, Brian is naturally attracted to the uncertainty of building world-class ambition and businesses, and thrives in the environment of people who share those qualities.
A senior investor with experience founding, operating and advising companies, Brian brings a combination of strategic business insight and the ability to mentor and inspire entrepreneurs towards their business vision. He’s a longstanding investor and director in early-stage technology and financial services companies, and through patience and fortitude has helped guide multiple companies and their shareholders to strong returns and positive outcomes.
Brian has a passion for nature and outdoor adventure, and is committed to sustainable and responsible solutions in his business and personal life.
